The EP2C is seeking a Client Site Representative.

What structure will you work in as a CSR?

We are recruiting for one of our clients in Angola, for a CSR position. The role will be onshore from January to March 2026, then offshore on a 4×4 rotation until June 2027.

CSR: Main Missions and Responsibilities

• Represent the client on site and act as the operational interface between field teams and management.
• Monitor work execution in compliance with HSE standards, project specifications and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary offshore activities (construction, lifting, preparation, HSE).
• Review and validate technical and operational documentation (job cards, methods, procedures).
• Ensure consistent reporting: progress, risks, deviations, operational needs.
• Participate in daily operations meetings and ensure effective communication flows.
• Guarantee compliance with local regulations and international offshore standards.

Profile and Required Skills

Education

• Technical degree Bac+3 to Bac+5 (mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, oil & gas preferred).

Experience

• At least 7–10 years in supervision or coordination positions in oil & gas.
• Offshore experience mandatory.
• Previous experience with major international operators is a plus.

Skills

• Fluent English mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of offshore HSE standards.
• Excellent multidisciplinary coordination.
• Ability to represent the client and take operational decisions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
