Job Description:
- Developing maintenance procedures and ensuring implementation
- Carrying out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
- Ability to track and control parts inventories, vendors and suppliers.
- Able to prioritize, implement and manage work schedules, projects and assignments.
- Able to manage the financial / accounting aspects of maintenance operation.
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff in written and oral formats.
- Have technical competence with light / medium / heavy duty vehicle repair and preventive maintenance.
- Represent the maintenance activity at the National level in its interaction, communication and coordination of activities
- Managing the maintenance staff in all related aspects

Requirements
- Experience relevant to this role
- Technical Degree: Automotive Engineering, Technical Degree: Engineering Mechanics (Required)
- Safety standards knowledge Familiar with ERP System
- Computer literacy: Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to draw on a broad network of relevant industry contacts
- Ability to guide and coach others
