IT Infrastructure Support Country Lead Tempo Inteiro

Key Responsibilities:

The position will involve but is not limited to the following areas of responsibility:

• Act as a single point of Accountability for all IT Infrastructure matters within Angola
• Ensure IT Infrastructure services at all times to all Puma Business within Angola
• Provides “ownership” of problem thru final resolution.
• Manage and coach Angola IT Engineers Team in line with Group Standards
• Plan, organize, and manage Business IT Infrastructure Demand within Angola
• Assess and administer all equipment, hardware, and software upgrades
• Plan and manage Angola IT Infra Budgets
• Manage and deliver all Angola IT Infrastructure projects
• Monitor IT Infrastructure services and ensure Angola business Satisfaction
• Develop and establish strong relationships with Local service providers
• Ensure all Group IT Security policies are adhered to across all Angola locations at all times

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing IT Infrastructure Support Engineers in Angola, managing business Demand within Angola, Run and deliver IT Infrastructure projects in country.
• He/She will also be responsible for managing relationship with Internal and External Service providers, managing IT Infrastructure contracts (Telecom, hosting, Maintenance…), managing Budgets and Financials related to IT Infra in Angola.

Requirements:

• Information Systems Work Experience
• Technical Degree in Information Technology (Required)
• Ability and motivation to work both strategically as well as “hand-on”
• Languages: English
