- Masters or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, management, engineering and industrial technology related fields.
- More than 10 years proven management level experience positions in the diaper, tissue, sanitary, napkins, and other paper converting product related production fields.
- Proven Managerial (as manager) work experience in Baby Diaper Factory and Tissue production (Paper Converting Factory) and manufacturing processes and techniques;
- Adequate knowledge of Baby diaper, toilet tissues, napkin, towel, and other related products raw materials sourcing and inventory management;
- Proven knowledge of health & safety, compliance, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes, in the industry;
- Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, finance, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources);
- Knowledge of process improvement techniques, engineering and technology principles and practices, machines and tools;
- Knowledge of development of KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) and their implementation for Improvement;
- High level written and spoken communication skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal relationship, team building, decision making and employee coaching and development skills;
- General knowledge of various employment laws and practices and employee relations;
- Evidence of the ability to practice a high level of confidentiality.
