Job description

A Laboratory Technician is responsible for ensuring the product specification is correct inn terms of BS&W by sampling and analysis. He has specific responsibility for ensuring chemical stocks and rates are maintained at appropriate levels and that sample reports are communicated effectively.

Job requirements

• Qualification in Chemistry required.
• 2 years experience as a Lab Technician in the hydrocarbon processing industry. (FPSO experience preferred)
• Practical experience of Permit to Work, Mechanical Standards and Risk Assessment.
• Medically fit to offshore International standards such as ENG1 or equivalent.
