Heading Moz is searching for a CRM Junior Key Account for a client in the FMCG Sector to be based in Maputo.
The CRM Key Account will be responsible for the Key management of the CRM system for SEM, generation of business intelligence reports all internal customers, first key contact person and trouble shooter for tablet problems and malfunctions.
Responsibilties
Management of the daily CRM Process and Tablet contents.
Close coordination with IT department for registering new tablets, handing out new tablets and replacement of tablets when necessary;
Generates calls in alignment with the proposed coverage plans;
Publishes regular standard Business Intelligence reports on the performance of our key drivers (BI Dashboard) and SEM processes for decision making (e.g. call completion & time, forced openings, data accuracy);
Liaises with Trade Marketing department to assist with the uploading and tracking of marketing campaigns and surveys;
Manages daily CRM business (approval flows, outlet update/outlet deactivation/new outlet requests, etc.), as per agreed user roles and workflows.
2.Business Intelligence
Creates weekly SEM dashboards as per stakeholder requirements;
Adjusts Dashboard information according to needs and requests;
Manages the Business Intelligence platform (inputs, performance and outputs) for quality service.
3. General CRM Management
Manages all CRM settings (Outlet standards, product standards, users etc.);
Regularly updates Master Data information;
Manages the Import of data and respective information cycles.
4. Training Trains employees that are new to the CRM or BI systems, and provides refreshment trainings in line with approved calendar
Requirements
University Graduate or Bachelor in related field (IT, Business Management) (Mandatory);
