Spring Professional is selecting a Auto Repair Shop Director (M/F) for a major International company in the food industry, for Lobito – Angola.
Main responsibilities
- Develop annual fleet maintain plan;
- Define objectives, reduce costs, and analyze revenues and investments;
- Ensure the proper functioning of the tools, equipment and material of workshops, parts and fleet;
- Develop contacts with suppliers;
- Ensure fleet maintenance and repair efficiency.
Profile
- Degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering;
- Minimum experience of 7 years in managing large workshops;
- Knowledge in financial management and elaboration of CAPEX;
- International professional experience (Mandatory);
- Hands – on candidate with both technical and management skills;
- Fluent in English.
