Administrative Supervisor Tempo Inteiro

Heading Moz is searching for an Administrative Supervisor (M/F) for a client that’s a reference in the Telecom sector, to be based in Maputo.

Responsibilities:

In charge of the overseas office administrative service management, including: real estate business (such as office leasing and decoration), office space operations and security management (property management, security, and greening, assets, etc.), travel management (transportation service), Employee Logistics service (such as catering, Dormitory, vehicle, and communications, health, etc.);

• Introduce local advanced service mode and high-quality suppliers, by setting up rules baselines, simplify management;
• To manage the admin team and continue improving work performance;
• Reasonable expense control and avoid waste.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelors degree in relevant area;
• Experience in managing teams;
• Between 2 and 5 years of experience;
• Expert in Microsoft office software such as Word, Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint;
• Fluent in English and Portuguese;
• Knowledge of Chinese (Preferential).
