Scope of the Service:
The service consists in 5 parts:
HSE
- Participation to the implementation of MAESTRO HSE Management system in his field of expertise;
- Support of the integrity program including the maintenance of safety equipment.
GMAO
- Troubleshoot of the workflow of MODULE MM;
- B&W and UNISUP reports as requested by MIN;
- Formalisation of the support request of the UNISUP key users;
- Troubleshoot of the OLM logistic workflow;
- First level general support to all UNISUP users of the division;
- OJT support for PSV workflow;
- Management of the Purchase Request and Purchase Order of the MIN department;
- Follow-up and expediting of the P.O classified urgent for EXP/MIN.
Supply Chain
- Support to Operating Sites as requested : Updating procurement table and purchasing follow up;
- Analysis and optimization of the supply and stocks chain;
- Interface between the suppliers and the site for the Purchase orders needing technical clarifications;
- Management of stock inventory and Management of differences;
- Management of the hors stock & repair material management warehouse & repair technician team.
Contractor supervision
- Evaluation of the competency and the performances of the contractors in spare parts management;
- Audit of contractors as necessary.
Optimisation and Development
- Improvement of the SAP workflow when relevant;
- Participation to FOI continuous improvement program and is part of the work group as necessary;
- Interface with all MIN trades and production support team.
Mandatory Training
- BOSIET HUET;
- Basic and advanced Fire Fighting;
- Basic and Advanced First Aid;
- Risk awareness and prevention;
- Gestures and postures.
