Process Engineering

Scope of the Service:

The service consists in 7 parts:

HSE

• Participation to the investigation and the resolution of Anomalies;
• Definition of appropriate course of actions to resolve anomalies or Near Misses;
• Treatment of the resolution of the downgraded situations expeditiously;
• Participation as required to Contractor H.S.E audits;
• Participation in its field of expertise to meet the requirement of ISO 14001.

Process

• Perform process studies as required;

Engineering Studies

• Participation to the engineering studies linked to the process or to the utilities facilities;
• Management of all modifications including follow-up;
• Flow assurance and multiphase flow as required;
• Interface with Engineering and construction.

Optimisation and Development

• Monitoring of relevant operating parameters for all facilities;
• Suggestion to optimize the operating parameters;
• Interface with new developments and provide feedback to project;
• Participation to periodic Production Meeting.

Assistance

• Assistance to operating personnel;
• Preparation of budget for modifications;
• Participation to the Production Daily phone Call to sites.

Training

• Support and development of Angolan junior engineers.

FOI Commitments

• Focus on FOMS meetings when participation;
• FOI IT Tools compliance;
• Promotion of FOI rules with all the staff.

Mandatory Training

• BOSIET HUET;
• Basic Fire Fighting;
• Basic First Aid;
• Risk awareness and prevention,

A final report is to be issued at the end of the SERVICE
