Offshore Simops Coordination Tempo Inteiro

Scope of the Service:

The service consists in the coordination of major construction works planned to take place concurrently with normal operations (SIMOPS for SIMultaneous OPerationS) to make sure that safety rules are respected and that the quality of work complies with requirements and standards, while productions losses are minimized

This SERVICE encompasses mainly the following activities:

• Ensure of the respect and implementation of Company HSE rules;
• Participation to the hazop, hazid, job risk assessment (JRA), cause tree analysis (CTA) meeting;
• Participate to the kick off meeting related to Project activities;
• Verification of the adequacy of human resources, equipment versus load / weight of activity to perform;
• Promotion of the reporting of anomalies by Contractor;
• Participation to periodic WP audit on site with RSES, RO, IASE;
• Assistance of the site RSES to interface simultaneous activities with all routine / non routine activities of the FPSO and which may impact the progress of other activities;
• Update of relevant entities (inspection, construction, …) of the progress of the projects;
• Participation to the preparation of the planning of the construction activities in the site planning and in medium term planning with the support of DB17 Planning Engineers based in Luanda (EXP and Project dedicated);
• Identification / anticipation of the planning clashes and propose corrective actions;
• Ensure all documents linked to the Project activities involving combined activities between production, maintenance, CTA, Integrity, etc… are properly provided by Contractor;
• Ensure that planning of the Project and site general activities is rigorously up to date;
• Prepare process related documentation such as isolation plan, mark-up PID, procedure for inerting/flushing the facilities;
• Involved in the permit to work preparation.

Qualification required:

• Education : Technical background;
• Professional experience (total number of years) : 10+;
• experience in oil and gas plant;
• knowledge of HSE referential and group company rules;
• Training: mandatory offshore training (HUET/BOSIET, acknowledgment of offshore risk).
