The service consists in 4 parts:

Verification of subsea equipment are operated within their design envelop;
Identification of anomalies of subsea equipment, establish corresponding report (Non Conformance Report – NCR) and propose mitigation measures;
Participation to HAZID, HAZOP in preparation of the interventions on subsea equipment;
Participation to the Weekly Safety meeting;
Supervision of the execution of the operations related to the mechanical and functional integrity of subsea equipment;
Participation to the implementation of the annual HSE plan in his activities.

Definition and preparation with the onshore support team of the intervention programs on the subsea equipment: modules change-out, investigations, inspections, follow-up of NCR, equipment testing, particular operations;
Development and update of the subsea intervention procedures;
Identification of SIMOPS and preparation of related SIMOPS dossiers;
Participation to commissioning of new / modified X-tree in relation with Drilling department;
Contribution to the development of operational procedure of shutdown, commissioning and recommissioning / start-up of the subsea system;
Supervision of the interventions of vendors (control system, monitoring equipment, measures, etc.);
Ensure that commissioning and start-up operations on new or modified subsea equipment is performed according to approved procedures, record the punch list through the NCR record sheets;
Participation to Kick-Off Meeting (RLO) and Pre-Job Meeting (ROC) for interventions on subsea equipment;
On the behalf of RO, ensure site coordination of subsea operations between the Control Room and the Field Support Vessel;
Establishment of comprehensive report of the interventions and contribute to site periodic reporting for subsea activities;
Contribution to the collection of reliability data of subsea equipment (manual register, checking of automatic monitoring) and perform on a regular basis the screening of these data to detect anomalies;
Analysis of the management and monitoring tools/procedures and propose improvements.

Contribution to establish the OPEX budget;
Participation to the training on subsea topics and contribute to update the training modules;
Lead the OJT of Junior Subsea Engineers;
Participation to internal site audits.
