Onshore Training Coordinator Tempo Inteiro

Scope of the Swevice:

The service consists in :

• HSE;
• Enforces the Total HSE rules and procedures either in the workshop, but also for trainings taking place there that he runs;
• Provides visual communication rules in the workshop;
• Informed his hierarchy of any deviation of these HSE rules (workshop and training center);
• Develops and updates trainings designed primarily for the Field Operations personnel;
• Is responsible for the maintenance of training materials from the workshop at Pazlfor Training Center;
• Develops and updates training modules for Field Operations Personnel (scenario, media entertainment, technical support, guidelines for trainers, quizzes);
• Contributes to the organization of training sessions:
• Checks the number of participants in coordination with sites and according rotation planning
• Follows the process of convocations (from HR Training Department)
• Checks rooms booking and availability as well as equipment for the animation (Pazlfor Training Center);
• Runs trainings (mainly technical trainings for Field Operations Personnel);
• Provides reporting of the provided trainings (quiz results, comments, participation sheet);
• Maintains teaching/pedagogical material (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation) of the workshop (including IFP Training benches);
• Develops support to use benches (User Guide);
• Participates in the development of training tools of the subsidiary: OPERFIELDS, FELLOW OPS, etc.

Mandatory Training

• BOSIET HUET;
• Basic Fire Fighting;
• Basic First Aid;
• Risk awareness and prevention.
