We are looking for an effective Wholesale supervisor to directly manage HORECA channel by ensuring client onboarding, price negotiations, and overall fulfillment of orders.

Responsibilities:

• Strategically manage wholesale channel in compliance with company’s policies and vision;
• Define processes for evolution of the wholesale channel within the organization;
• Setup clientele categories to better service the client needs;
• Establish growth markets and support in route to market definition;
• Ensure sales and margin targets are met weekly;
• Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure order fulfillment accuracy;
• Ensure system requirements are met by following the existing protocols are followed;
• Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures;
• Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements;
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security;
• Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system;
• Prepare annual budget;
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies;
• Produce reports and statistics regularly (as required);
• Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience in wholesale/key accounts – especially FMCG;
• Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives;
• Strong knowledge of HORECA Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);
• Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Especailly Excel);
• Leadership skills and ability manage staff;
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills;
• Excellent communication skills;
• BS degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration.
