The Sr. FOC is responsible for the administration and coordination of a broad range of field office activities of considerable complexity, providing support to Field Operations by performing complex administrative tasks, managing a wide variety of office activities and systems. Examples include support systems such as HSSE, BAAN, WFM, and STARS.
The Sr. FOC identifies and resolves difficult problems and conflicts. Assignments may be ambiguous requiring determination of work methods and coordinatingprojects with others.
Incumbent is responsible for prioritizing workload. Coordinates decision making responsibility in absence of Manager. The Sr. FOC is responsible for overall accuracy, completeness, confidentiality and administrative objectives and goals; may direct and monitor the work of others.
