Accountable for providing an efficient fuel delivery services, Process Sales Invoice Correction , process non-fuel invoices and finanacial credit notes, process and create trips orders entry for 3rd party stock, logistics performance and ensuring an efficient, safe, customer focused transport delivery service in compliance with best practices and standards. Submits delivery plans on a daily basis to loading terminals and transporters. In charge of handling delivery problems during the execution of delivery plans. Position is based in Beira – Sofala.
Key Responsibilities
Process and create trip orders for 3rd party stock supply,when supplier sends release instruction for the uplift. Management and stock reconciliation system wherein stocks from different suppliers are stored.
Delivery Execution & Invoicing
Ensures that daily deliveries are executed as planned and manages any delivery issues (ie. weather problems, diversions, traffic, etc.). Process Sales Invoice Correction – Bulk; Finance (Value) and Stock (Location/Quantity) Correction without Rebill, process non-fuel invoices and finanacial credit notes,Attends to customer queries and prioritizes emergency deliveries if required. Provides customer service agents and sales representatives with up to date information regarding the execution of the delivery plans, maintaining good communication with haulers and terminals.
Problem resolution
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Supply
Support and back up of Supply Coordinator for Supply activities. Ensures processes are executed following appropriate control standards and complying with all company policies.
