EHOD: Talent Management, Resourcing & OE

Role Purpose

The Executive Head of Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness is responsible for partnering with business leaders and HR colleagues to establish, align, and improve organizational and employee-focused processes, systems and solutions that positively impact business performance or achieve valued business outcomes. Strategically determines Organizational Effectiveness priorities that drive the highest business value and technical expertise, aimed at instilling best in class Talent Management practices as well as improving overall organization efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership

• Aligns the organization to the business strategy through proactive and continuous diagnosis of organizational effectiveness, through benchmarking against structural and cost metrics.
• Oversees and enable the roll out of agreed organizational effectiveness initiatives as assessed against criteria and business requirements in a relevant standardised way i.e. Design and implement programmes that increase organisational effectiveness and efficiency; effective operating model deployment; high level job evaluation and grading studies; organizational design; strategic workforce planning & employment cost management.
• Responsible for developing the long-term strategy, and short-term execution agenda for talent management across the company, that includes the implementation of relevant Resourcing, learning & development, performance management and diversity & inclusion policies, processes and procedures.
• Ensures effective succession planning practices within the company, that support the creation of key leadership Talent pipelines, and reviews companywide emerging capabilities gaps to address medium & long term skill requirements.
• Drives the culture of the organization, strategic communications and company engagement initiatives to maintain purpose across the business.

Must have Technical/ Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial or organizational psychology, or related field required. Post Graduate qualifications will be an added advantage.
• At least 5 years or more of experience in organizational development or effectiveness consultation, including at least 3 years of experience leading a team.
