Join Siemens Energy Angola as an Administrative & IT Trainee and gain practical experience across various support functions within a global energy company. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to develop professional skills while supporting administrative operations, information technology coordination, and human resources activities.
Working closely with experienced professionals, you will contribute to the efficient functioning of the office by assisting with documentation management, employee support, onboarding activities, IT asset coordination, record maintenance, and general office administration. This trainee position is designed to provide exposure to multiple business functions while building the competencies required for a successful professional career.
What You´ll Learn And Do
- Assist with day-to-day office administration activities;
- Support the maintenance of employee files and compliance documents and HR documentation;
- Assist employees with basic system access requests and IT-related administrative processes;
- Assist with the registration and tracking of IT assets, records, allocation and returns;
- Participate in training, mentoring, and development activities within the Siemens Energy Trainee Program.
What We’re Looking For
Recent graduate or final-year student in: Information Technology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong interest in Administration, HR, and Business Operations;
- Good organizational and planning skills;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information;
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- Good English communication skills (written and spoken).
