General Manager

PRI is hiring a General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily business operations.
• Developing and implementing growth strategies.
• Improving revenue.
• Evaluating performance and productivity.
• Researching and identifying growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Degree in business management or in similar field (accounting, finance, economics, etc.). Tertiary qualifications in mining, engineering or equivalent are an advantage.
• Knowledge of mine safety and inspection act & regulations.
• Problem-solving aptitude and willingness to make appropriate and timely decisions and exhibit sound and accurate judgment.
• Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.).
• More than 18 years of experience.
