The Saipem is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator.

Purpose of the position
As HR Coordinator you will respond to the RH Manager and be part of the HRO Department. You will manage and support a team of 5 people, being responsible for coordinating and managing all Rh process, as well as other activities related to the position.
How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities
- Disseminate and implement Saipem’s guidelines, policies, and systems;
- Supervise compliance with company work standards and internal policies;
- Ensure the application of local laws and company procedures regarding the work environment and safety;
- Ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and labor cost control, as well as the preparation of related budgets;
- Manage employment contracts and service provider agreements;
- Ensure proper administration of payroll, benefits, and salary processing;
- Oversee employee vacation planning;
- Develop and update the HR Plan;
- Act as a point of contact between managers and employees to address HR-related issues;
- Ensure the implementation of guidelines and provide support for strategic HR decision-making;
- Define, implement, and manage the onboarding and integration process for new employees;
- Establish HR KPIs and prepare periodic reports with information on all HR indicators;
- Strong knowledge of drafting and applying disciplinary measures.
What are we looking for?
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology or related fields
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on team coordination;
- Languages: Fluent in English & Portuguese.
- Technical Skills: Contract Management, Advanced knowledge of labor legislation and HR practices.
- Soft Skills: Conflict management and labor relations mediation, excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.
- IT Skills: MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
