Logistics Coordinator

The PRI is hiring a Logistics Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating Air, Sea and Land Operations for Import/ Export.
• Organize pickup & delivery of assigned shipments through effective communication with
  shipper & consignee.
• Understand customer requirements and ensure consistent operations and customer service level.
• Regular communication with customer providing shipment status information, reporting delays and additional costs.
• Minimize operational costs, optimize efficiency, increase operations profitability.

Requirements

• Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.
• Perform quality work within deadline with or without direct supervision.
• Proactively seeks to self-educate on developments in the local and international logistics industry.
• Able to work out of core office hours as required.
• Use personal judgement and initiative to develop effective and constructive solutions to challenges and obstacles in logistics operations activity and procedures.
