Trade Activations Manager

Why does this role exist?

Reporting to the Consumer & Trade Activations Manager, this role exists to maximize opportunities to optimize trade activation and performance across all touchpoints along the RTC (Route to Consumer). The role continuously assesses the effectiveness of trade investments against pre-defined objectives and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) by combining data analysis with in-field insights, while driving strong cross-functional collaboration and ownership.

What will you do?

In this role, you will

• Translate Marketing & Sales strategies into channel-specific activation and investment proposals based on in-depth analysis and field insights.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure execution excellence from concept to in-field implementation.
• Monitor market, channel, portfolio and promotion performance to optimise trade and consumer activation practices.
• Track investment performance against objectives and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for corrective actions where needed.
• Manage allocated marketing budgets per project with accountability, integrity and process compliance.
• Foster strong collaboration across departments, demonstrating a ONE TEAM mindset.
• Recruit, motivate and support the development of team members, when applicable.

Who are we looking for?

• University degree in Business Administration or Economics.
• At least 5 years of experience in Marketing and/or Sales.
• Strong commercial acumen with in-depth knowledge of the trade landscape and RTC.
• Advanced data analysis skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
• Collaborative mindset, strong communication skills and high sense of ownership and accountability.
