The EP2C is seeking a Logistics Officer.

Job Description

We are recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients, a “Logistics Officer (M/F)” for a staff contract based in Luanda (Angola). This position is not an expatriate role, and there is no possibility for rotation.

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the movement of materials, equipment, and supplies for projects.
• Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels, warehouse operations, and stock control.
• Prepare shipping documents, customs clearance, and import/export paperwork.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and HSE standards.
• Support project teams with logistical planning and resource allocation.

Required Profile

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in oil, gas, energy, or industrial sectors.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and inventory management systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• English mandatory (written and spoken).
